Anxiety Disorders

I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety disorders, including social anxiety, generalized anxiety, illness anxiety, PTSD, and complex PTSD. By combining evidence-based strategies with a compassionate, individualized approach, I help clients build coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop practical tools to manage anxiety in daily life. This focus complements my work with neurodivergent clients, couples, and families, allowing me to address both the emotional and relational aspects of anxiety while supporting growth, confidence, and lasting well-being.

Neurodivergence / ADHD/ Spectrum

I work with young adults and adults on the ADHD and neurodivergent spectrum, helping them understand how their brains work and build strategies that actually stick. Life can feel overwhelming when focus, executive functioning, or emotional regulation get in the way but you don’t have to struggle alone. I provide practical tools, guidance, and support to harness strengths, manage challenges, and create routines and habits that make life feel more manageable and fulfilling. Together, we turn frustration into clarity, confusion into confidence, and differences into strengths.

Men's Health

I work with men across the lifespan, supporting hormonal health, aging, and overall well-being, while helping them better understand how their bodies and minds function. Life can feel overwhelming when energy, mood, focus, or physical changes begin to shift but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide practical tools, behavioral strategies, and guidance to help manage challenges, build sustainable habits, and optimize health in a way that feels realistic and effective. Together, we turn confusion into clarity, frustration into direction, and obstacles into opportunities for strength, resilience, and long-term vitality.
