A Bit About Me

I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, specializing in relationships, family systems, and neurodivergent development across the lifespan. I am also board certified in ADHD, brain health, wellness, and human health, which deepens my understanding of each client’s unique mind and body, allowing me to provide more informed, effective support. 

I work with individuals, couples, and families with a compassionate, practical, and relationship-centered approach.

I support adults, couples, teens, and children navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and other mental health obstacles. I help clients build resilience, strengthen communication, deepen connection, and create meaningful, lasting growth using evidence-based strategies grounded in real-world understanding.

Having lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, I bring a culturally informed perspective that honors each person’s story and every family’s dynamic.

My style is direct yet nurturing, guiding clients to build resilience, improve focus and relationships, and move from confusion to confidence at any stage of life.
