I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, with specialized focus on relationship dynamics, couples conflict, neurodivergence across adulthood, and both men’s and women’s health. I am board certified in brain health, human health, nutrition, hormonal health, men’s health, and women’s health, which allows me to approach care through a fully integrative behavioral health lens recognizing that mental and emotional well-being cannot be separated from physiological health.
My work is grounded in the understanding that hormones, nutrition, neurological functioning, and relational environments all interact to shape how individuals think, feel, and connect. This perspective informs how I assess and support each client, ensuring that treatment addresses the whole person rather than isolated symptoms.
I work with individuals and couples using a direct, practical, and relationship-centered approach. I have a particular focus on working with men navigating hormonal health, aging, identity shifts, and fatherhood, helping them better understand how physical health, societal expectations, and emotional well-being intersect and impact their relationships.
I also support adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, and emotional regulation difficulties. I help clients understand how these patterns affect communication, connection, and day-to-day functioning, while providing clear, actionable strategies that translate into real-world change.
In my work with couples, I focus on helping partners navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional and relational connection. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches with practical application, creating a process that is both structured and adaptable to each relationship’s needs.
Having lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, I bring a culturally informed perspective that respects the complexity of identity, relationships, and modern societal pressures.
My style is straightforward, engaged, and supportive. I work to help clients move out of confusion, frustration, and disconnection, and toward clarity, confidence, and more stable, meaningful relationships.
I am committed to making high-quality, affirming mental health care as accessible as possible. I offer superbills for out-of-network reimbursement and accept select insurance plans. For clients paying privately, I also provide a sliding-scale fee structure based on income and financial circumstances. My goal is to reduce barriers to care and work collaboratively with you to find a payment option that feels manageable, transparent, and respectful of your needs.
